I have done that still does not work.... however... I can ping hosts from the router no problems at all.

No, I think you need to remove 'no ip routing'.
I think if you have 'no ip routing' in your config that it will not route, it will only act as an IP host.
Have you tried removing that line from the config?

makes no difference..... still I can ping both interfaces on the router just not whats on the other side of them....

You can ping both interfaces from one side of the router?
What computers are you trying to ping? Are they XP with a firewall enabled? Because that can stop the ping...

I can ping both interfaces of the router from clients either side of the router I just can ping between the clients them selves.
And yes all firewall's etc are disabled.
