as an addition to Dalight's suggestion of using WPA-PSK, you could check this URL for more info.

Nice link, jhun, for client configuration of WPA using Windows XP's built-in client.

Ok Great,

Thanks for clearing things up for me guys. I am so hooked on configuring my router. Even though linux is new to me, i'm starting to find it more interesting than Windows.

I'm going to purchase, another realtalk nic card, and configure it blue. First i'll back up the configurations i have now.

I have Belkin Access point (B) and i puggled it into the switch that recieves the dhcp ip address from my router. When i put the setup cd in to configure the wpa, it says access point not found. I going to install another nic into my computer on the green nic and bridge the connection from my on board nic to the new nic with has the access point plugged into it, that should work.

This is so much fun, linux where were you during high school!

Thank again Guys, I'll really appreciate it.

My next task is installing Copfilter and the proxy setup.
