well, i downloaded fedora core 3 dvd image, but now, i cant boot from the dvd drive, which i have it as a secondary master.
It seems that someone doesnt want me to try linux... :?
anyway, i need help with this thing, and i also welcome your linux suggestions.

Did you try my suggestion setting CD-ROM as the first boot device and then the computer should cycle throug all CD & DVD drives trying to find a bootable CD/DVD disk.

Do you have another computer to try the disk on so you can isolate the problem?

I dont have another pc with dvd drive.

set cdrom as first boot device and........no luck :x really, i am going crazy...
Burnt another dvd and no luck...
what the hell is going on here????

If you have vmware or some similar software you could try that. Since you don't have a second PC to try the disk on. That might help isolate the disk as bad. With vmware you can also boot from an iso, which could isolate the image.
