Another attempt to solve this wireless problem, Lindows:

1. First of all, turn off DHCP on Blue.
2. Add the MAC address of the Access point to Devices List on Blue.
3. Add the MAC address of your laptop to Devices List on Blue. (Don't add the IP address as well) Make sure the laptop itself has been assigned a static address in the correct range for the Blue network, though.

Hey Dalight,

i went into the dchp option, disabled the dhcp on the blue nic.
Then i went to firewall options, went to blue access and enabled the mac address for the laptop and the access point. So that two mac address i enabled, i made sure i did assign a ip address like you said.
on the wireless nic of my laptop. i give it the ip address 192.168.1.7, This address falls in the range i set for the dchp address i set on the green nic.

I plugged the wireless access point into the blue nic and powered it up. I power and link light come on,but no internet goes through.

Lindows

Also the copfilter i download from a site, was recongnized as a virus by AVG. wierd!
Can you send me a link to where i can download a clean functioning copy of copfilter for ipcop version 1.4.8.

Thanks

Lindows

The copfilter download contains the Eicar test virus. So you will need to disable your antivirus when downloading Copfilter .

Re: Wireless problem
If you've got the time or a spare machine. I would do a fresh install of IPCOP and then try to get the wireless to work before installing any addons. You probably know that most addons are unsupported.
