try going into RUN
then type in
Shutdown -a
it temporarily turns off your less.exe i think which is a security protocol
that win has wrong with it try that and see
sounds like you have a worm mine reboots every 6 hours but that is just the power cycle nothing u can do about that.

It may also be your pc's clock speed on the processor mine couldnt handle the extra load and kept restarting so that might be the problem as well

can feel you maybe this will help. check the anti virus you are using some anti virus don't work together, so if you are using two or more try to boot at save mode and uninstall to leave one then try to reboot.

if ur pc is restarting continuosly following may be the reasons
1)check the RAM....may be RAM is not inserted properly...once u remove the RAM n clean it and insert......
2)check the power cables and SMPS
3)go to task manager and check whether any unwanted process are running..........if so may be ur os files are infected by virus

No its neither of those things its either his processor is over cocked to fast and is over loading his circuits or his circuits are just plain overloading
