Try to check your system board if there is any bloated capacitor, you need to change your system board.

Man, we've been having problems with bloating capacitors on a bunch of Dell PC's we bought a couple of years ago. Seems they all wanted to die about the same time. Good suggestion, hans06.

Thanks for bringing up the subject of bloated capacitors. I'd never heard of the phenomenum before, but it has just explained the erratic behaviour of two of my PCs with identical motherboards. This is a good site on the subject.
