From what you described, it seams that Zyxel does not have a route for network 192.168.1.x

Thats unless your doing NATing on ADSL for the left side, which totally a different story.

MyPc

Adsl2+ Modem
Rj11
Dslam
192.168.1.4
192.168.1.1--172.80.1.3
172.80.1.2
Lan side
Wan Side

I can ping to 192.168.1.1 & 172.80.1.3
But not 172.80.1.2

NAT in modem is enabled.
Should i Change anything to make it ping to 172.80.1.2

Then it's narrowed down to this link. But I'm not sure how to fix this as I've never worked on a Zyxel. It's probably not a routing table problem since the ADSL is directly connected. You said that link is OK, so I assume that both physical and logical link is UP.

Is the subnet mask put on both sides the same? it should be.
if you doubt this cable, try another RJ11 cable.
Try another port on the Zyxel
Do you have another ADSL connected to the same Zyxel? Is it working?

I know that this is not much of a help, but just trying to ignite some ideas so may be you can solve it.

Subnet mask put on both sides are same.
RJ11 cable is working fine.
Tried another port on the Zyxel, No could not ping to Dslam.
No other ADSL are connected to the same Zyxel Dslam.

Both physical and logical link is UP.

How to check whether packets are reaching to Zyxel Dslam are not?

To check for that you could activate logging on the Zyxel (if it's supported) then check the logs.

What happens if you telnet the Zyxel from your PC?
Can you reach the Zyxel using any other port like 80 (web interface) or any thing else?
