No if ping 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.1.4 from 172.80.1.1 its the same Request timed out.
I think the packet are reaching to Dsalm from both the ends but Dslam is not forwarding the packets.

This very much looks like a routing table issue but I can't seam to figure it out. If possible, could you post the routing table of the ADSL modem. May be were looking in the wrong place.
