There is option for logs in Zyxel, i ll try that.
will it contains all the packet which it has received & lost?
If i telnet:
Connecting To 172.80.1.2...Could not open connection to the host, on port 23: Connect failed.
No i cannot access Dsalm(172.80.1.2) from my pc(192.168.1.4).
To access Dslam(172.80.1.2) i should be in same same subnet ie(172.80.1.X)

MyPc
Rj45
Adsl2+ Modem
Rj11
Dslam
192.168.1.4
192.168.1.1--172.80.1.3
172.80.1.2
Lan side
Wan Side
when Packets are sent, it is reaching to 192.168.1.1 & 172.80.1.3 & It will also reach to Dslam
Since it is a direct connection.
So What happens to the packet when it reaches the port?

In your description file you mentioned:
Routing table of Zyxel Dsalm
index dest gateway metric name
1 172.80.1.0/24 172.80.1.2 1
2 192.168.1.0/24 192.168.1.45 1
3 default 172.80.1.1 1
You have another 192.168.1.0/24 directly connected to the Zyxel. So there are two sub-networks having the SAME range 192.168.1.0/24. This is NOT correct. All networks should be unique.
Change that network to something like 192.168.5.0/24. OR change the network on the right side to some thing else.

On second thought, if you have only one 192.168.1.0/24 network. Then the following line in the routing table:
2 192.168.1.0/24 192.168.1.45 1
should look like this:
2 192.168.1.0/24 172.80.1.3 1
So the gateway of that line should be 172.80.1.3
However, I'm still wondering why the 3rd line (default route) points to 172.80.1.1
2 192.168.1.0/24 192.168.1.45 1
should look like this:
2 192.168.1.0/24 172.80.1.3 1
So the gateway of that line should be 172.80.1.3
However, I'm still wondering why the 3rd line (default route) points to 172.80.1.1

I have changed the route as you said.
Created new path from 192.168.1.0/24 to 172.80.1.3
Current Routing Table contents are:
index dest gateway metric name
1 172.80.1.0/24 172.80.1.2 1
2 192.68.1.0/24 172.80.1.3 1 set
3 default 172.80.1.3 1
Ip addr of Dslam in 172.80.1.2 & Default gateway is 172.80.1.3
Even now ping results in Request timed out.
