But iy has no switch in order to unlock it, the problem is that some files are copied well but some No I formated many times but the same problem. and also when in create a empty folder i discover inside it a lot of file read protecetd and that can not be deleted and with strage names like a chain of sqaure as if there were written in chinese or something like that.

Yeah,
It sounds as if the files are corrupt. I would go with plan a - Reformat the Drive, or if that fails, Plan b - buy a new one. I'm sorry, I can't think of anything else that would resolve this.

mate, you got a bad chip in that stick, best line of action, as agreed by Dalight and Rockape, get yourself a new one. as you can see, on retrieval, your files are already corrupted. so it has to be a bad chip.
