Usb stick Problem

Hi,


I want to know if there is a software that can fix or repair damaged USB Stick keys, I have a 512MB Sony micro vault usb key but it does not work proprely, when i copy things on it it copy all but when i want to copy them from the usb stick i got messages like folder damaged ..
i tried windows Scan disk, defreg but nothing changed.

best option is to get a new one. these are rapidly becomming consumables with no repair options

Have you tried reformatting the disk?

yes i formated many times but the problem still exists

If you've tried it with other PCs and it still does the same thing, you may have to follow Arani's advice and get a new one.

Have you got it locked. Check the switch on the side, and see if this makes any difference.
