Thumbnail Images in Windows XP

Don't give Mr Bill ideas! Can you imagine what would happen if Windows *did* resurrect itself? You'd migrate to Linux and sit back smugly, then the drive light would start flashing and Windows would delete the Penguin and put itself back! It would be like one of those 'night of the living dead' films - you think you've killed it and buried it, but it just keeps coming back...

It's alive I tell you! Alive!!

USING DD TO GIVE BILL SLEEPLESS NIGHTS IN ONE EASY LESSON
[root@anduril] ~# dd if=/dev/random of=/dev/hda1
3998 + 0 Records in
3998 + 0 Records out

A multicoloured, floating Window versus a crazy, fat Penguin with r00t ?
Windows never had a chance.....

I Guess You can Remove Inheritance from advance options and Take File Ownership and change the permissions according. Lemme know whether that works or not.

Yes that does work. I had to do that to restore the users access to their files, but it didn't fix the thumbnail images. Hence my request for help. What fixed the thumbnails was deleting the thumbs.db file
