I think you've got a browsing-related problem rather than a permissions-related one. Check that WINS and DNS services are up and running properly. If you need to get your printing working while you sort out your browsing problem, make sure that the PC to which your printer is connected has the printer setup as a shared printer. Then manually link each PC to the printer using the UNC path e.g. \\PCwithPrinter\SharedPrinterName, rather than browsing for the printer.

Just to build on what DaLight said, another service to check is the computer borwser service.
Is it possible for you to post the exact error msg you are getting?

it seems that your AD together with your Win2k Server is doing just fine. i'm also assuming that clients are able to login into the domain. if so, then there is no problem with your authentication thus ruling out a problem with your active directory. also the computer name for the domain controller is found under the domain controller folder as dalight pointed out.
you could quickly check if you're having a dns problem by pinging the hosts from your server using their computer names and their ip addresses. if replies are achieved using ip addresses and not using their computer names, then you have a dns issue.
just a quick tip: most problems in network arises when new things are introduced to it...so probably you could pinpoint it down to where the problem is by thinking of the last changes made in your network and then reverting back to it a step at a time. it is also good to document such changes.
hoipe this helps...

I can ping with both the ip and the computer name and still getting the same error.Everything seems to be working fine on the server but the problem is with the clients,I haven't made change on the server but tey's two other people that have access to the server and the claim they never made any changes (They will never admit obviously).Tis is the exact error that I get "Domain-Name is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource.Contact the Administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions.
The server is not configured for transactions."
Im not worried about the printing but the antivirus because all clients update from this server and they can not get updates.

Did a little research on your error msgs, and since you mentioned not getting antivirus updates in your last post, this might be of interest.
You might have a virus on your network
there are 2 solutions listed here:
www.howtonetworking.com/casestudy/virus1.htm
and heres microsofts take on this, less the detailed.
