Let us have details of the equipment in your internet path. Also a simple thing to check. If your PC is connected directly to your IPCOP GREEN NIC, it will need to be connected with a "cross-over" cable instead of a "straight-through" cable.

Is your PC successfully acquiring an IP address from the IPCOP? Test by typing "ipconfig /all" at the command prompt. If it is acquiring an IP address, try pinging both your IPCOP, GREEN and RED interfaces as well as your router's internal interface in order to confirm connectivity all the way to the gateway.

Is your router in NAT or bridged mode? Also, have you assigned your IPCOP's RED interface a static address or is it acquired by DHCP from the router?
