Did you tried to connect your laptop to the router using a cable?
Try this and check for products manual, see if there is a defualt IP (usually it's 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1) then set your IP to that range and try to open http://thataddress...

hi this is the result on my wired connection after the ping command.

Hi,
You are getting correct IP address, able to ping the Default Gateway and able to go online with wired computers
But, unable to pullup the Router Setup page. You need to disable the firewall and do IE settings (i.e Delete cookies, browsing history) or try on different browser
or click start>Run type in "http://192.168.0.1"
