How you applied block size 8 for your requirement. you said you need 10 IPs for each dept know then how come.

The possiblity is either you can use the block size 16 and above only.

can you tell me how you subnetted.

Well you could summarize to a block of sixteen, but the problem with that is company B does not own 195.78.75.0 to 195.78.79.0 so if companys A's router wanted to comunicate with these networks it would think that these networks were situated at Company B, which is not the case.

So it would be safer to summarise to /21

i.e. 195.78.64.0/21 that summarization includes these networks 195.78.64.0 to 195.78.71.0

The other two network addresses 195.78.72.0, 195.78.73.0
can be advertised individualy.
