Packet Tracer Availability

I was just wondering if anyone here could make Cisco's Packet Tracer version 3.2 available. I have a Cisco Academy account but it is not available to download anywhere from Cisco's website,

It says you can download Packet Tracer by logging into the *Tools* section on the Academy Connection Site.

Indeed it does say that but it's aload of crap. It is not available there. I have looked!

I have downloaded it now, but some areas don’t seem to work. I.e. You can't toggle between simple and some parts are password protected.

Can you shed any light on this?
