why is this my home page?

I scanned my computer after the homepage was changed, but I didn't find anything. Have you found documentation stating that this is illegal? Just curious because so many virus's and trojans, if not all are illegal in how they attack your computer. I never really thought about if this acts are documented. When you speed on the streets, there is a law that says its against the law. Do we have something like this in the gEEk world? Just like the RFC documents.

ad-aware, spybot search and destroy, AVG free edition, and SB yahoo software are all good for scanning for these homepage hijackers. I have found many myself using ALL of these tools with the most current versions.
