why is this my home page?

I visited a website , and it automatically make the site my home page . how to rectify this problem

It must be running a script in the background thats setting it. What browser (and ver) are you using ?

Or you have some malware thats setting it.

This website is a HACKER. IT is a homepage jacker. I recommend running a spybot and also ad-aware along with any software privded by your ISP. You need to remove it from your PC IMMEDIATELY. It also logs all you're keystrokes and can steal your information.

Sose u could also use hijackthis, by trend micro v2.0.2 u could use it along with spybot and adaware but one thing u have to take note of is that after u finish making use of spybot, u have to get into GPEDIT and then to the internet control panel.. and select the default page settings..

I wouldn't jump to extreme conclusion just yet. I have visited websites that have changed my homepage to there own. This can simply be changed in your browser settings.

I would still run some programs such as Spybot just as the guys suggested.

I would poke around your puter and see if anything looks fishy.

zippy those would be home page hijackers. They are illegal and most of the time jakc your page permanately until you remove there bug that changes it. basically if they change it to their homepage that means they are in your pc and that is a bad thing.
