I think MS is protesting manythings these days.

First it was google. Now it's Sony BMG.

I don't know who runs their PR, but they should have realised that they couldn't win this by stonewalling. They should have backed down from Day One. In fact come to think of it, who was the person responsible for approving the rootkit in the first place?
