No worries S0lo, I really wish it was something that cut-and-clear. A simple misconfiguration that results in no service would be a little easier to troubleshoot, respectively. But the problem is that the system is functioning, calls can be made, transferred ect ect but when the call exceeds about 6 or 7 min in length garble, static and echoing become very apparent. So its a little harder to troubleshoot, not to mention it takes some time for it to take affect.
