Guys!
Turns-out it's ISP related! Everthing is cool now for the past week, I made no changes on my network.

guys, its happening again.
Sometimes all of our agents gets logged out at yahoo messenger at the same time!
Could it be the Linksys BEFR41 DHCP Server? Should I disable its DHCP server feature and map the workstations with private static ip addresses?!

If your traceroutes are showing packet loss on the 3rd hop like before, it's likely the ISP again. Try giving them a call if this is so.

Your ISP could be upgrading its kit. I had terrible performance for three dreadful weeks and I nearly tore my network apart, convinced it was me. Then suddenly it all stopped and lo and behold I got an email announcing that they'd upgraded their systems to deliver me an even more excellent service. Grr....

I think so too, they just wont admit it. Nevertheless, I will try to disable the DHCP feature of the linksys router and map the workstations with static IP addresses, just to check if its the source of the problem
