Why don't you just call Go Daddy's tech support, and hopefully get your problem solved without dealing with a hosting change? Here's their number: (480) 505-8877. They probably just need to update the name server, as was said before.

yup just as jwj explained it would really be easy to just call them up and tell them your problem which might also give you the idea why such problems occured since you are paying for their service rather than just leaving them behind and finding another hosting site, then upload your files, then mess with your dns to point to the new ip address, then..... well you get the point...
