IP Tunnel was created by pndennie
I am creating and IP tunnel not through INETCFG and I get this error message
:D
60:7.132 The configured LSP size of 1024 bytes is too large to be flooded onto circuit IPTUNL. The effective MTU size for this circuit is 616 bytes. Set the LSP size to 559 bytes or less.
:D
The tunnel works I just need to know how to chage the LSP size

Hi Pndennie,

You haven't told us what version of Novell NetWare you are running, but from memory, you can change the LSP size by going into Inetcfg.nlm, protocols, IPX and from there you should have the "Expert Config Options" where you will find a reference to the LSP size.

Let us know if this solved your problem !

Cheers & have a happy new year!

I am doing this on 4.2 we have no plans to move to anything higher. I am not doing this in inetcfg but adding the the commands manually. I found the nlsp.cfg does the lsp size.

pndennie,

Any reason why you are not perfomring these changes via the Inetcfg console and make your life easier?

I fixed this issue. I wrote separate .cfg files that I can bring up and down from the system console screen. I bind IPX to the tunnel and then drop when I am done works like a charm
