Ok, I'm having some trouble logging in to the lab. it says I don't have an active reservation. I'm in the easter time zone (gmt -5) I've updated my profile and then book my reservations for 13:00 to 15:00 for today and tomorrow. I've logged on here at 1:00 pm and I cannot log in?

Well, i guess your system thinks it is 12:xx here. I'll just wait a while.

If you take a look at the My Bookings section on the main screen, this should accuratley show you the times and dates of the bookings. This should take into account the time zones and display the "Actual" time (in your time zone) that the lab is reserved for your use.

Does this show the correct time ?

no, it is an hour behind me. I just now logged into my lab, 2:00 pm my time. I have checked my profile a few times just to make sure.
I'm off to try my lab.
I can just know this in the future or am happy to work with someone to trouble shoot the system after my lab.

No worries.

As the help page says, its best to click the date you wanna book the lab for, this will bring up the window for booking, you can then enter the times which will then be correct.
