ftp monitor

someone knows any good softs for monitoring ftp server under IIS and if it can send email notifications if someone connects to it .
or a soft that monitor log files and triggers notifications.

thanks for all .

Based on what i asked my professor, none that worth mentioning, also i hear IIS isn't that secure of a server program to run.
