Hello I'm trying to figure out on server 2k or 2k3 how we can get a single address book for all employees. Does this make sense? They all e-mail the same people we want so they can add to this list as well. Where in AD would you do this?
Thanks

1. What email client do you use on the desktop?
2. Do you have Exchange Server?
If so, you have the solution already.

Since you don't have Exchange and are presumably operating Outlook in Internet-only mode, your options are somewhat reduced but here are a couple:
1. Use an LDAP server.
2. Use the free Yahoo! Address Book service together with Intellisync for Yahoo!.
Hope this helps.

isn't there a way to access the Global address book, and include in active directory?
Thanks
