I can think of four possible causes,
Either it is a memory issue (make sure you have not picked a wrong bus speed or latency interval from the bios, that the memory modules work ok with each other -try removing each one of them seperately-, and that they are no corrupt)
Or it is a temperature problem (check the temperature on the CPU and the graphic's adapter processor, as well as on the motherboard chipset -just touch them by hand after a couple of minutes of work if there are no sensors-)
Or there is a serious corruption at the hard disk,
Or it is an indefineable problem with some of your peripherals that causes this fatal error to windows (try removing each component -especially the pci devices- and testing without them).

Hello,
if the data is critical to get off the system, and provided that its not a serious hardware problem
i would try doing a parallel install of windows to get your data off of the server.
very easy to do. www.windowsreinstall.com
has screenshots that show you how to do them.
