If you change the administrators password account some of the services that use that account will not work. Virus scanning backup software ect. So instead of having to go in the services and make sure they all have the same password. is there a way so when you change it they dynamiclly update so virus scannig backup and such still work?

I'm not aware of any such software. All backup and antivirus software I've had anything to do with use the system account to perform their duties. You don't even need a user such as the Administrator logged into a system for those applications to run. Did I misunderstand your question?
