Sahirh, (1) I have ZoneAlarm Security Suite, under Privacy tab, Clean Tracking Cookies, a message is displayed that this feature does not work with Firefox.
(2) Do you know of a free anti-virus for the PC? I am resurecting an old PC, running Win 2000.
(3) I tried installing Red Hat 9. I could not activate the static ip feature, could not ping the PC's ethernet ip, nor the ip of the router, so back to Windows. Have you tried using Red Hat/Linux PC as TFTP server?
Thanks.

Sahirh, I am practicing CCNA labs. I have reconfigured an old PC to run on Red Hat v9. I have assigned the above a static IP address; >System settings>Network>Edit. I restarted the PC inorder to enabe change in the IP. The TCP/IP stack works, I can ping 127.0.0.1. I can not ping the Ip address I assigned to the above PC, nor can I ping the default gateway--the router's ethernet port, where the PC is connected to.
Is there only one place to change Ip address in Red Hat, like Windows?
Thanks for suggesting Clam AV.

Sahirh,
I downloaded ClamAV for use on Win XP. The download has completed. I get "click on program you want to use to open "damav-0.80.tar[1].tar What program is needed to open the above? By the way, does ZoneAlarm recognize ClamAV?
I downloaded AVG antivirus and had it running. Zone Alarm did not pick it up under Anti virus Monitoring.
Thanks.
