But no where in the article did I see how you can run the application using alternate credentials. Do you have to re-compile the program with whatever credentials you want it to run? Is that what you do?
Since you are on Windows 2003, you can get the Service Installer Instsrv.exe and Srvany.exe from the below link.

Another idea is to try installing the program as a service. This should allow me to run only the app with elevated privileges.
I'll try this when i get home tonight. I'll let you guys know if it works.
