For me.. I do it pretty simple.. I make a diskette from a program call Passware Kit Enterprise. It's the shizzle.. Boot up the box using the winxp/win2k cd and press F6. When it reaches to the point to specifiy other drivers I put in my diskette. *winkey*. Boots me to a screen where I can reset the passwords for Administrator for AD and for the local machine I can change all the passwords..
Tell me this is not a pure time saver.. But there are always the negatives.. Passworded Bios.. Boot order set only to boot from HD..
But it works like a charm..
