The Annoying Windows Messenger was created by davidklose
It is really annoying for me to have this msmg running all the time.
Does anyone know how to delet this program for ever???
Do i have to modify the reg????

hey David
i think you are probably using Win Xp .. if so , go to the services menu and disable the messenger service over there and your problem should get resolved.
For disabling check out these links.....

I have a feeling he's talking about MSN messenger as opposed to the Windows messaging service.

You can actually uninstall the MSN Messenger if you go to Add or Remove Programs and go to Windows Components. If not you can prevent it from running when windows starts up buy going into your registry or running msconfig.

Nope, messenger service runs under svchost .. generic host process for win32 services.
msmsgs and msnmsgr are MSN messenger (the IM client)
