windows 2012 server issue

I use windows 2012 as a primary domain controller which has a hotspot app that does dhcp. the issue is that the server is browsing but other clients cannot browse. surprisingly other client computers can communicate through skype, any idea?

What hotspot application are you using? Did you check if such application requires some proxy configuration?

Alternatively try shutting down the hotspot app and see if normalcy is restored to the client systems.
