I have a compaq 6735s, AMD athlon X2 pre loaded with VISTA ( though with a faulty ROM drive). I tried formating the hard disk with a USB external ROM drive with win 7 but it is telling me my setup wont allow a USB formating. I removed the hard disk to a similar system when I press F9 for the BIOS setup I wasnt getting the option of booting from a CD-ROM, except ethernet, harddisk, and upgrade bay. what should I do
