Active Directory Migration from Win 2003 to Win 2008

Hello Everybody

Iam planning to migrate the Active Directory from win 2003 Ent to Win Server 2008.

Any relavent information thats important for AD Migration from 2003 to 2008 Kindly provide details on that.

I'm not an expert, but I've seen similar requests elsewhere. The oft-quoted process involves:

1. Configure the Windows 2008 server as a DC
2. Let it replicate from the Windows 2003 server
3. Transfer over the 5 FSMO roles to the Windows 2008 server
4. Demote the Windows 2003 server

I don't have any references to hand but know that there are many articles about it on the 'net.
