TMD –
First let me stress this site does NOT tolerate swearing of any type, I edited your post to what is acceptable. We fully understand your frustration on how computers can be and how they may make you want to pull your hair and spit nails. Firewall.cx is NOT that type of forum for Jerry Springer mentality; we are a very large site that’s viewed in many countries and businesses, we want to project a fun and respectable attire.
Now to your issue.
To set Windows XP to challenge with passwords follow these steps.
1) Go into Control Panels.
2) Select User Accounts.
3) Select “Change A Account”.
4) Click on the account you want.
5) Click on “Create Passwords”
See picture below for reference. Good Luck

Mmm, you could also try right clicking my computer >> manage >> local users and groups >> users
Then disable guest account, and reset password for Administrator.
Otherwise maybe you have some form of anonymous logon allowed.
