hello Guys.
i have one problem am using sony viao ,i experiance one problem when am start working am using win7 with it the hd its very busy. is any one can help me out to solve this problem.

Check your task manager and see what's using up the CPU and memory the most.

How much memory are you running? Amount allocated? If you are short on memory, Windows will begin to page and this will lag your box.
