HI all its me again with a problem. i have got an excel spreadsheet which keeps throwing away the comments after they have been inserted they are saved but when you come back to view them they magically disappear, what can be the cause of this.

Well i suggest u should check the format cells tab. On one of those cells that u say disappear magically right click on the tab and click format cells and go tru something there... and em make sure ur formular (fx) is accurately imputed, u can also enable macros or disable them.. something around what i have suggested should help u...
