This looks prettty good. I have 2 dc's that are 2003 and I need to transition now to a 2008 AD environment.
Has anyone come up with a checklist or how to or something for these steps?

Nice post looks like it got a bump I just recently went though this process. Unfortunately for me the previous guy installed exchange 2003 and one of the 2003 domain controllers on the same box.
I had to do this process as well as upgrade to exchange 2010 which rocks btw.
Uninstalling a domain controller that is also running exchange breaks exchange )= and it is not supported by Microsoft unless your running sbs.
Oah well I got to wrestle some dollars from my manager to get exchange 2010 so it is now a happy ending.
