Hi everyone. Lately i've noticed alot of people use URL blockers to prevent people from accessing certain websites or even downloading stuff.
Is there any way possible one can by-pass these URL-blockers and access websites or download some software.
For example how can i by-pass a url blocker by the name - Dans Guardian- ????
Please help.
