vpn not connecting in vista

Hi all,

We have windows 2003 domain. i have a laptop with vista. When i working on office its working fine. When i connet to vpn from outside of the office, its not working. Other employees are working fine with vpn. but they are using xp-sp2.

Please help me

Note: I assume here that your using the windows built-in VPN client.
