Temporary internet files on Wxp

What I realy want to do is be able to look at what I have in my temporary internet files. In 2000pro I could look through it and find pics that I didn't remeber seeing, and be able to copy the vids I watched by just "clicking" on them, and not downloading to a file. I would also like to edit the dat. file that is there.
Since I have been running XP pro though I can't even find the temp internet files, not even when following the path mentioned above.

The "Temporary Internet Files" folder is hidden when the "Hide Protected Operating System Files" check box is checked. Make sure you uncheck that. You can find it in the [Tools] -> [Folder Options] menu, then click [view] tab.
