DOS printing via USB

DOS printing via USB was created by hip2hop
Is there any way to print DOS files from a computer to a USB printer that does not have the old style printer port? I am a product support person and while knowing this answer is not specifically key to my job description, there are customers that still use our older DOS-based software on newer computers. I have found precious few web sites that offer simple software. Other work arounds have been to save the DOS files to .PRN files and then open it up in a word processing document. Any suggestions?

Just the other day I found an opensource program that captures the prints from DOS and them sends it to any printer you have setup. I think it was on the sourceforge site. Have a look there.
