By "Plugins", did you mean "add-ons". If so, may I ask what was it's name? cause this might show up one day.

My computer has this problem that you used to have and I am a bit confused about all the replies to your inquiry.

I removed all addons and that fixed it. Then I slowly turned them on until I found the bad one. it was scype.
