This is the link to the post where I uploaded them, there are two of them, one to decode NetBIOS junk and the other to encode machine names to NetBIOS junk.. whenever you see any of those packets which have stuff like
ECAEPFAFAFAGCACACACACACCACACACACA
you can use these tools to decode exactly what its sending out and recieving so you have some idea of how it broadcasts all the junk.
I'm currently looking at the NetBIOS protocol myself.. its actually quite complex as far as protocols go.
