DSCP In Windows

Does anyone know of a way to set DSCP values on traffic leaving a Win 2003 box?
I need to prioritise certain traffic, the switch it's connected to can't do it how I want it to (Catalyst 2950 SI) and there's no possibility of extra hardware.
I'm a Linux user and in Linux I can just set iptables rules to apply specific DSCP values to anything I want regardless of whether the application has support for it. Is there any way of doing this in Windows? The firewall in Windows seems quite lacking in features and the "QoS Packet Scheduler" in the connection properties isn't configurable....I'm guessing this is just something for compatible applications to interface with?
I've searched the net but haven't found much. It looks like Windows just isn't capable? Is there some form of software firewall which has QoS support like this?

I'm not sure on the windows end but here is the info on doing it on the switch end. I'm not sure if that helps you since I have never done some thing like that before.

Yeah the problem is that I have the switch with standard IOS image, not enhanced so I can't actually apply any DSCP values to anything, only "trust" existing DSCP values, Windows is sending the traffic with a DSCP of 0.
The Linux servers on the network are fine, I can tag specific traffic with different DSCP values. Unfortunatly this one server runs a specific application which is available for Windows only so I need a way of doing what I do with iptables in Linux but on a Windows machine.
I did find wipfw, a Windows implementation of the BSD firewall, which would have been close enough but the Windows version didn't include DSCP options, seems that was only added in fairly recently to ipfw. Looks like an interesting program though, worth looking at if any Windows users want a proper firewall and a firewall without a bloated GUI

Which device do you have that will read the DSCP values? You said your switch won't...do you have a router that will? Or, is your traffic local to your LAN?

A Cisco 2651 and I'd also like DSCP values locally on the LAN

Which type of traffic are you wanting to classify? You don't need to mark the traffic comming from the PC, you can do that at the router. As far as the switch goes, you can only CoS the traffic accross a trunk link.
