hey guys, an exchange question where in the world do you create aliases/forwards in exchange? (this is windows server SBS 2003)

"Delivery Options" button under "Exchange General" tab in User's properties

DaLight, thank you so much, but I do not think this is what I am looking for exactly? there is no "user" (here is the situation, there is an ALIAS that I can't find called realestate@ and I need to delete it and create a new one adminopening@) that looks like it will forward an actual USERS email account to someone else, but for the life of me I cannot find this stupid alias.
