If you are physically at the computer, you can goto Log Off and hold the left shift key while doing so. This will override the auto login. You can also power the PC on and hold the Left Shift Key until the login screen apears.

Thanks for all the good info! It looks like I will be making some registry changes as well as creating a group policy (yikes!), not something I work with much.
Now, let's say I get this auto login (regular user) to work. How can I login as Admin if i need to make more changes to the machine?

you might want to add, ForceAutoLogon to the above registry keys...that way if a user tries to log off, it will just log right back in...unless they hold the shift key,

or remove the "Log Off" option from the start menu.
