ILS Server

Hi,
I setup the ILS server and when I try to access the ILS site server default webpage I am getting "page cannot be displayed". I am accessing it this URL from the server :-

http://ILSSERVER/ILS/Verify/Verify.htm

I went to add/remove windows components and enabled the site server and it shows its installed, the service is also started but when I do netstat the port # 1002 is not displayed.


Please help me.

Are you sure that the ILS Web server is running on port 80?

Yes it does show the port number 80 along with server's IP address.

Just to confirm, are you using Site Server 3.0 or the ILS directory service in Windows 2000 Server?

I enabled the Site Server option in Windows 2K server Add/Remove Components.. One more thing, I rebooted the services and now the port 80 is not showing that its mapped to my server's IP address.

Please let me know if I am doing it in correct way or if its wrong please let me know the steps for bring up the ILS server so that when I type that URL in browser I should get the webpage for ILS server.
